Mr. Raúl Mérigo was born in Tijuana, Baja California. He got his Law Degree (Licenciatura en Derecho) from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (Mexico) in 1997 and holds a Masters’ Degree in Taxation from Instituto de Especialización para Ejecutivos, A.C. Mr. Mérigo has been practicing since 1994, specializing in tax and administrative law, providing legal advice in tax planning, as well as legal representation in litigation.

Ms. Claudia Rodríguez was born in Morelia, Michoacán (México). Her devoted investment in studying law at Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo (U.M.S.N.H.) in Morelia, made her an outstanding student obtaining her Law Degree (Licenciatura en Derecho) with Honors in 2008. While completing her degree, she worked for three years at the criminal court for the State of Morelia, and subsequently working in two of the top criminal Law Firms in the city of Morelia.

Ms. Liliana Hernández Favela was born in the city of Tijuana, Baja California. She got her Law Degree (Licenciatura en Derecho) from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (Mexico) in 2001, with a Specialization Degree in Civil Law in 2007 from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, in coordination with the Institute for the Judiciary of the Baja California State Judicial Branch. She has pursued further education in the area of Alternative Methods for Dispute Resolution, obtaining her certification as an official Mediator and Conciliator.

He got his Law Degree (Licenciatura en Derecho) from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (Tijuana, Mexico) in 2017, with diplomas in Commercial Law (Oral Proceedings) and Amparo. Antonio has been a key part of HMH Legal since 2015, starting as a collection specialist and joining the litigation team as an associate in 2019. Mr. Víctor Lopez was born in Tijuana, Baja California. He graduated from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (UABC) in 2010. Mr. Luis Montiel was born in Tamaulipas. He graduated from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (Tijuana, Mexico) in 2019, with diplomas in Commercial Law, Mediation and Negotiation. Luis joined HMH Legal in 2018 as a collection specialist, moving to litigation as an associate in 2019. Based on his outstanding results and strong work ethic, Luis was recently appointed as head of HMH Legal’s local office in Monterrey, where he directly oversees debt collection and litigation in the northeast region.
